Worse company I ever worked with very dishonest

We have been on the list for a tank refill for a month and a half, but they have not come out to fill the tank. Some of our neighbros on the road have had the same probelmes, and the company apparently feels that it is too far for them to drive. When you call them they are very unfriendly, they are dismissive, and they are rude. We had purchased a new tank from them for $700 to avoid paying for the rental, but now we have to find another supplier. I called the let them know that we found someone else so they wouldn't come out and find a full tank, but he became angry and accusatory, he ended up hanging up on me. I do not know how the stay in business with that kind of attitude. Our neighbors are going to look for another company as well, as they have been left in the winter in the past with no gas heat at all. I realize our tank is small, but if they did not want to fill it, they should have told us or recommened someone else.
