Condescending and rude. Didn't know why the floor drain was backing up in my basement; but had all kinds of "possibilities", none of which he could help me with ("the neighbors sewage is backing up into my basement", "the manholes on the street are plugged up", blah, blah, blah). I'd be surprised if he's even a real plumber. Will NEVER use this "plumber" again. He was even rude and condescending to his Assistant Brittany, who came with him (she was very sweet). Cost me $75.00 service call for him to come out and tell me he doesn't know why the floor drain in my basement is backing up.
