They were very thorough. They did a good job. It took call day to do it and it was only one person. He took all the registers off in every room and cleaned all of it. He had a machine with a camera so he could see it while he was cleaning the duct. He did a super job. We are confident that the ducts are clean now. The price was okay and mostly higher than some of the others.
