I was very happy with the level of thoroughness they did on their analysis to replace our AC and furnace. I had gotten two other quotes and one charged 50% more than the other two and the other one tried to sell me too large of an AC. Preferred tried to explain why i didn't need a larger AC, he was very detailed and made me feel very comfortable with what he was doing.
