One fireplace was just DIRTY and had a non-working wall switch, the other wouldn't light when it was windy outside. Tom took care of both, explaining and repairing their idiosyncracies. I had him install a fan on one, too... all inexpensive, and he's a nice guy who just went into business for himself after 10 years with another fireplace maintenance co. Way cheaper than many, instantly available, and I like to hire people who don't travel far.

Tom promptly responded to my initial call and was able to set up an appointment within days. He was very punctual and prepared (in terms of bringing necessary equipment, etc). He worked hard to not only repair the issue with the fireplace but he also cleaned the inside and out of the entire unit. Our fireplace functions better than it ever has before!
