Landscaping
This project was done in 08 but I wanted to rate because it took time to see the results. Design was good and all looked good when finished. But contractor did not put mesh or drainage behind retaining walls and are experiencing dirt washing through blocks. Also, contractor was hired to rework pavers on our patio. After a house addition they needed reworking. I was concerned when the work was being performed that after removing pavers, contractor disturbed the base with a skid steer and did not use enough class 5 to replace disturbed areas and contractor did not pack base sufficiently before replacing pavers. Contractor was questioned but contractor assured me that it was good. All looked good when finished but pavers immediately began shifting and sinking, as they are today.
