Genesis 6 Construction

After describing the work I was interested in having done, Robert and Jessica met with me a couple of times to discuss various color and finish options, and to pair down my "wish list" to a "reality list" based upon price and functionality.   My underlying concern was that I wanted to make sure that we properly balanced renovation with future resale considerations.  They were very helpful in providing feedback as what would make the renovation not only attractive to me, but to the widest range of potential buyers should I decide to sell in the near future.

I deferred as much as I could to Robert and Jessica as to color/finish/design as I'm not gifted in that area.  They were able to quickly narrow down the number of choices I'd actually have to make which made for less headache for me.  
 
The whole process went very smoothly and with very little disruption to my family.  There was never any mess/dust, etc.. for me to come home to during the process.  

I plan to have Genesis 6 do additional projects for me in the future and recommend that you do as well.

When working with my general contractor they were always on time, never in the way, and in complete conversation with him to keep project on time.  They insisted to lay their own subfloor and they were very efficient when it came to getting the work done.  Robert, my main contact, ALWAYS called in advance to let me know when he was coming.
In fact, now that my main construction is done I will maintain a professional relationship with this company as they can do any handyman work that I need done.
I have full faith and credit working with Genesis 6 and the workers of that company.

I met with Robert and Nate to go over work I wanted done. They toured my house with me as I described what I wanted done in each area. Before they left, they summarized what we discussed to ensure we were on the same page. The following day, I had an estimate in my hand. The Genesis 6 crew arrived the following week and began working on my house. They were very respectful, courteous and exhibited the utmost professionalism while working in my home. Once they were finished, we had a walk through to verify that all items/work were up to my standards, which they were. I had a very positive experience with Genesis 6 Construction and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.;
