Very pleasant owner and son duo. Steps and traffic area not cleaned well. I went over it myself after they finished and got up a lot of dirt. As a result it looked much better. Several spots still remain. It took more then 12 hours for the carpet to dry.

I do foster care for Last Hope Inc. One of my foster dogs had decided to use my son's room to go potty in a few times so I decided it was time to have a professional come out. The man that came out was over a hour late for the appointment. He cleaned the carpet going over it only once quickly and started packing up his van....well I could still smell the urine while I was just standing there so I ran my hand over the carpet and could really smell the urine so I told him and he came back in and went over it again quickly.
