After 17 years and the cold weather, I scheduled Preferred Garage Doors Co to do a "tune up" on my garage door.
I'm glad I did because the rollers needed to be replaced to ensure I didn't have a problem with during the winter.
The service technician, Alex, called on his way to let me know when he would arrive, quickly checked out the door operation, and gave a fair quote for the roller replacement. The door works fine now with less noise and can be confident that I'll have no problems over the winter.
