The price included the materials as well. He was a very skilled craftsmen in a lot of different phases but he is a great tiler. He was very reliable and if he said he would be there at a certain time, he was there. He was very trusting. I didn't have any problems leaving the house with him there. He was very helpful in other areas without charging. He gave good suggestions on other remodeling projects. His price came in right at the estimate even though there were some concerns but he kept his price the same.

He was one of the lower priced bids and he was fantastic through the entire process. He communicated well with us through the project and kept the worksite clean. He worked very quickly and did excellent work.
