IDEAL LIMOUSINE

When hiring the bus, they said it would be furnished with comfortable seating, a wood dance floor, party lights, a nice table and heating. What we got was an old, very dirty school bus (painted gray, including the windows) with the original seats turned sideways, contact paper on the floor (in a wood print), a trash can and plywood placed on a heat radiator (the table). The board didn't cover the radiator completely so some kids had mild burns from it. The party lights?A red rope light which wasn't long enough to go all the way around and so was strung across the middle and back up to the front. It also kept coming down. The owner's response? To the parent who hired the bus, he had plenty of other business and would do nothing. When I called, he said he would only deal with the person who hired the bus (even though each parent paid for their kid's portion of the rental), insisted no one else had called about this rental, put me on hold and disconnected me.
