He has been great to work with. The total house cost is going to be about $350000. They're easy to work with and they do everything very well. He is on time.

It was more high level. We were looking at doing some very specific things in terms of finishing, styles and types of wood to be used so we just wanted to get some basic information on where to go and who to contact. I thought, from the customer service perspective, they were excellent. They were willing to help me even though it wasn't gonna result in no actual sales or business for them. They had the expertise necessary to get the help I needed to get the answers that we needed. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Joel Grams is the best! I would very highly recommend his company and will use him for future projects. He is a knowledgeable, trustworthy guy that uses only the best subs. Everyone that works with Joel is also trustworthy, hard working and always on time. He runs a top notch ship and I can't say enough good things about him. If you are considering a major remodel, or even something smaller, I would give him a call.

Joel did an excellant job on building our addition. He drew our prints, got all the bids from sub-contractors and material list. Everything was out in the open the sub-contractors bids and the prices for the materials were all itemized. From this we were able to pick which services we wanted and which we didn't since we were doing some of the work ourselves. His bid was very complete with quality materials.

The job started on time and the subs were very good craftsman. They showed up early and worked long days and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Very professional and respectful. Joel kept constant track of the job all the way through. He is very accessible, we were always able to get a hold of him and he would also keep us informed.

What we liked the most was that we were aware of everything involved in the project from individual bids, subs and materials, but that it was Joels responsibility to make sure it all came together. If there were any questions or issues we just relayed it to Joel and he would take care of it. Very good experience.
