Initially it went well. Trying to get them to fix the terrible work they did was a nightmare. Had them out several times to correct shoddy work before doing it myself. They attempted to shim our toilet that they installed twice before I was forced to buy my own shims and do it correctly, theirs slid off the caulking they used as shims. The sink they installed was not done correctly or caulked around. I had to remove the sink, replace 6 out of 12 clips they installed backwards and ruined. The shower was only acceptable I only had to fix minor things. So far, although, I did notice they did not pour a cement base for the shower stall they installed and there is an alarming amount of flex in the pan. I assume I will have to repair that for them too. Trying to get ahold of anyone is next to impossible. After the first time they came out I was forced to call the wife of randy in order to get her to put him on the phone. They are cheap. I got far less than I paid for at the price.

I really liked them they were professional and they were able to do the work within my time frame. I think they did what they said they were going to do. The only negaitve was I just didn't feel they cleaned up as well as I thought they should have. I would use them again.
