They are excellent. We called them for a second opinion as another company told us we needed a replacement. Craig's came out and repaired it and it has been working for the past five years. Very honest company whom we would highly recommend.

My AC unit had frozen up a week after I had another company examine the unit and was told everything was fine and we shouldn't have any problems. It was low on freon, but they said it shouldn't be a problem. Craig's came out and examined the unit and added the freon.
