Boeke's Woodshop, Inc

It went perfectly! The Boekes Woodshop team is wonderful. I have my dream kitchen!

When we were remodeling our kitchen, we decided to have new cabinet doors made as opposed to new cabinets or complete refacing. I contacted Boeke's Woodshop because I was looking for a relatively small, family company. We started by going in to their office to talk about the doors.  Tim Boeke  and his wife Robin met with us and covered all our questions. They offered to have stain matched to our cabinet color because we were going to finish them outselves. In the end, we had them send the doors out to be professional finished. We approved the color of the stain before the work was done. He came to our home to double-check our measurement.  When the doors were delivered, we weren't sure if we were going to be happy with the color.  I emailed
them to tell them we were a little disappointed in the color. We didn't expect anything to be done since we had approved it. Within 15 minutes he called me and said he would come out, pick up the doors and have the refinished again. If that didn't work, he would start over!  I was pleasantly shocked!  By the time he arrived (the same day) the color had grown on us and we were undecided as what to do.  He suggested we put up a few of them and look at them for a while and if we aren't happy, hewould come back and pick them up. So that is where it stands.  He said he wants his customers to be happy and he wouldn't do business any other
way. If I could give him more A's, I would. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.  The quality of the doors is wonderful! His wife, Robin got back to me within an hour every time I contacted her.
