Everything went great. They were timely, professional, courteous and good with my oversized beasty dog. I've been a customer for many years and won't hesitate to call. I've been very happy with every aspect of their service and I doubt their pricing can be beat. The furnace and a/c have been working flawlessly since installed a year ago.
