Chris came to our house and give us a quote for a retaining wall he seemed very professional and we trusted him. His family member Jeremy is the one who actually constructed the wall. There were various issues and delays but in the end the walL was completed after several weeks. Before he even finished we realize that the wall was shifting and needed to be repaired. They came back with a crowbar and actually lifted the wall up and try to fix it. We knew there were some problems come up I did not realize how bad it was until we had another landscaper that came by that was helping us complete another project. He took a look at our wall and asked who built it. He then showed us how weak and unstable multiple points of the wall were and how uneven it was. He showed us with a level and measured in certain places. The worst part about the wall was that it was somewhat of a U-shape and the sides were not even connected to the front. You showed us that the brick should be interlocking to make it one solid piece, but the bricks were not interlocking at all and they were separated and the side part of the wall was falling away from the center. He even showed us that the bricks that were stacked in the front were not stocked properly and not interlocking correctly either. Immediately, he told us we should just sue them and get our money back. We tried to contact them to come and take a look at the wall, but in the end they ended up insulting my husband and did not come back.

Showed up on time and did a nice job.  Cleaned up after the job and I would use them again!

It did not hold up as well as expected. I will go with a better coating product next time, and make sure someone is home to observe the cleaning/application. It appears the driveway wasn't well cleaned prior to application. The driveway was only a few years old prior to application, and no leaky cars had parked on the driveway. There is a tree near the driveway that does drop fruit.

Things went well. Responded promptly to initial inquiry and kept good contact throughout process.

I contacted them for the 2nd year in a row. They quoted me a reasonable price on the phone and appeared to fill the cracks more or less as scheduled. Crack sealing was done, but no extra effort was made and it was an average job. I asked for a quote for sealcoating the entire (huge) driveway for this spring and never received one. Apparently they have all the business they need.

I provided these folks an overall B because I think I got what I paid for, although it was something less than what I wanted. Truseal's bid came in much lower than the other bids I received (paving company - $625 and paving company - $1,100). It turned out their method sprays the seal-coat on the driveway which probably works better if your driveway has been sealed more recently (our driveway had not been sealed in over 6 years and, it appears, had a lot of surface variation). We plan to coat again in the Spring, at which point I think I'll use a different service that provides a more thorough seal-coating, or do it myself.

Workers were professional and prompt. Work was done quickly. Overall result was clean & professional.

They are clean, polite and very punctual. They explained that I couldn't drive on the driveway until it had set, so I had to start using the street for parking. They did a good job.

At first, it was unsatisfactory. Service was slow, sometimes non-existent. I contacted the company to ask why the service was below average. They explained that they were having some issues with ironing out kinks in the way they provided service. Also, one of the people in charge mentioned there had been some family emergency that had taken them out of state, leaving the company short staffed. I was offered a full refund, even though they had plowed a couple times already. I decided to stay with them and see where the service was going. It improved tremendously from that point on. I felt that they kept their word after I decided to stay on with them.

We had 3 bids done. Jeff's pricing was right in the middle of the 3 bids but included more work. We chose him basically because after telling him what we wanted done, he made a couple recommendations of what would work better, but never did he say "no that won't work". The other two told us that for the fix in the driveway and proceeded to try to sell us a partial new driveway. He went above and beyond with fixing a couple issues that came up that were not in the bid, and without charging us for them. The job was completed when he said it would be. We LOVE our stamped concrete patio and have had great comments about it when guests see it. Jeff did a TERRIFIC job.

Trueseal has resealed our asphalt driveway several times over the last eight years. They always show up as scheduled and their work is always exceptional.

They were supposed to give 24 hour notice but actually gave less than 12, but they did a great job. The prep. job appears to have been done very well, and there was no mess left behind from the asphalt. Overall, the finished appearance is very good.

It was also nice to have them acknowledge that their warranty would apply. However, refusing to return calls and to schedule a time to make the correction reveals the "Tru" character of this company.

Price was inline with 2 other estimates I received. You don't know when they are coming until the day before, but since this business depends on the weather that might be the same for other companies. Waited about 4 weeks after I called to have them come out until they performed the work. Final result looked pretty good. I liked that they sealed the joint in front of the garage as well as both sides of the sidewalk and curb. A previous company I used the last two times only did by the garage. They didn't remove a weed before sealing the garage joint and a couple dead grass clumps near the sidewalk. A few small splatters left on the sidewalk. We have rocks along one side of the driveway that they moved out of the way. Brush strokes are pretty minimal, and much less noticeable then our neighbor who does his own. We still have a lot of alligator cracks afterwards but maybe our driveway is just getting old (11 yr old house). Overall I would give 9 out of 10.

Salesman was punctual and initially responsive. Took at least 5 calls after the deposit paid to schedule install date and work was to have been completed the first week of September- was started 6 weeks later. Damaged garage foundation and did mediocre repair of their damage which I am now hiring someone else to do. The concrete work, itself was very good. They ''forgot'' to install the apron and now I have to hire another concrete company for a ''small'' more expensive job.

They had to reschedule once - not sure of the reason (wasn't rain).
