I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet and had a townhome for sale. There was a lawn sign installed about 3 feet back from the driveway to mark the home. When there was a snow storm recently, they plowed the snow so that they ran over the sign and destroyed it. When I asked them to reimburse me, the owner said that the sign was down and they weren't responsible. I have a witness that the sign was standing right before the storm. The owner was rude and insulting and unethical in his handling of this matter. DO NOT USE TOTAL LAWN CARE OF INVER GROVE HTS IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH AN ETHICAL COMPANY!
