Real Estate Service
Steve was the 5th agent we hired in the space of a year to sell our home. Our Edina listing with him was split with two other agents in two Edina offices. Although the house eventually sold, it was not due to his efforts. From our perspective, all Steve did was plant the sign, list it on MLS, hold a few open houses, and tell us the bathroom needed to be painted. We didn't see any evidence of actively finding a buyer. Granted the market is tough now, but you would expect for a full 6-7% commission your representative would change with the times.
