General Remodeling, Landscaping
Work didn't start on time and the project took 3x longer than estimated time. The work 'crew' that was promised never consisted of more than one person who worked for a few hours then left. Quality of workmanship was poor. Many promises were made to resolve the workmanship issues, but issues were never resolved. Workers were polite and friendly, but communication between management and the on-site staff was poor. Workers failed to use drop cloths and spatterd mud, dust and paint on furniture, carpeting and electronic equipment.
