Paul has taken care of the family vehicles for many years.  He is always honest and trustworthy; and has never steered us wrong.  He never pushes you into repairs you don't really need and if something is going to be needed down the road he gives you a heads up but lets you know how long he thinks you can go.  It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, so we drive from a few cities away to keep going here after we moved farther away and it is always worth it.  We still use Paul for all work we need on the vehicles.  The guy who's name is on the sign is probably there working on your car or checking you in/out.  Paul's is a local old mechanic shop that you can trust.

They are courteous and extremely competent.  They gave me an estimate and when they got done, the bill was exactly half of what the estimate was because there were two things that weren’t wrong.  Their price is better than competitors and their response is immediate.   They were punctual and the work was done before the estimate said that it would be done.   If he couldn’t get a part delivered at such a time to proceed with the repair, he called and said so.   He’s extremely professional and business like and thorough, but he’s also extremely aware of the customer’s needs and he’s considerate and kind.

I called Paul to see if he could look at the brakes on our car. He fit us into his schedule and gave us a breakdown of what was wrong with the car and the estimated cost to repair. Paul was very honest about what was wrong and provided us with great service.

Paul got the car in and out in a timely manner and the work was done very well. In addition, he found a minor issue on the car and took care of it as well right away.

I didn't even have an appointment and they are always very busy - and it was mid December so I was in a panic. My one tire was almost out of air and the rest were not good. I had over 71,000 miles and were original tires. They had to order special ones for my Saturn Aura so dropped it off and they drove me home and by evening they had it all done. No extra charges anywhere and was what they said it would be so I was thrilled. I also ended up getting a $50 gift card from Cooper Tires so that helped a little.

The tires were $632 with tax of $45 and tire disposal of $8 and that was all! I know it was a lot of money but it was what Paul said it would be and I was very pleased with that, his service, speed and kindness.

I would definitely go back as they did an excellent job.

They do it right the first time, fair pricing and honest evaluations.

People at Pauls Auto & Tire are very honest. They don't try to sell me something if I don't need it. They always vacuum my car when I take it in. I think that it is such a nice thing for them to do. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have brought my car for scheduled maintenance and tires to Paul's for many years. They are located within walking distance from my home. I find them to be honest and very experienced. I have made appointments and I have also dropped by for a broken headlight and it was taken care of immediately. I also like my Cooper tires which I got at Paul's and that they are American made. Years ago, when my car had a leaky gas tank, Paul told me that if he fixed the rusted out gas tank that he wasn't sure if some other rusted out parts would survive the work on the gas tank. I donated the car to a charity.The last time I was in, it was for an oil change, and I had to make an appointment a week away which was very unusual. They always ask if I need a ride when I drop off the car but I never have taken them up on it.

I will definitely continue doing business here.

I noticed that a headlight was out and that it was time to get an oil change. I called Paul's and Paul offered to take care of the headlight on that day. Since I was not planning to drive at night, I said that I could wait until the oil change appointment to get the headlight repaired. I also asked about a tune-up. Last time I asked they said it was unnecessary. Apparently spark plugs these days are meant to last 80,000 miles. I was not able to recall that the car had 85,000 miles so Paul said he would have them look at it. When the oil change was completed, Paul called and said that the plugs should be changed or they would soon be rusted in. He said the air filter needed replacement. I said that I would like to set up another appointment for the tune-up. He also said that the tires were getting pretty smooth. When I picked up the car, he replaced the wipers which were bad and wrote up a cost comparison on the two tire selections that he installs and we set up another appointment.
