He has been the most punctual landscaper I have ever used. He never misses a schedule. He comes every week or every two weeks depending on the season. I never ever had someone that was that careful about taking care of his clients. He is a great guy to work with. He listens to you, and he will do anything that you ask him to do. He is just a pleasant person.

I am marginally happy with the work overall, but a lot of their work has had to be re-done because the crew 1) put the drain in the wrong place, 2) put in the mow strip extremely unevenly, 3) retaining wall blocks were knocked loose by fence installers (they were supposed to be coordinating all their work with Natureview, but didn't), etc. I hired Natureview because Fence salesman recommended them and assured me that they would coordinate all their work. It didn't happen - or if it did, it was awful coordination. The combination was just a source of nonstop frustration. Natureview by themselves might be OK as long as you're crystal clear about exactly what you want. I won't use them again, though, because the combination of Natureview and the Fence company really soured me on their ability and/or interest in coordinating work between them.

"The owner requested the drain box to be installed in a spot in the yard that was not going to catch any water runoff. After we took some reading with a transet we I made the decision to installed the drain tile in the low point of the owners yard to take care of the standing water. The owner wanting it moved to his orginal spot. So we ended up moving it at no extra charge to the owner. All problems were taken care of and we where paid in full."

"THE DRAIN WAS INSTALLED IN THE PROPER SPOT TO KEEP ANY WATER OFF THE SIDEWALK. THE OWNER WANTED THE DRAIN INSTALLED RIGHT AGAINST THE SIDEWALK. WE MOVED THE DRAIN AT NO CHARGE TO OWNER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE WOULD GET A C RATING PUNCTUALITY. WE WERE ON TIME FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS AND WE WERE AT THE OWNERS HOME EVERYDAY TILL COMPLETION. SOME OF THE OWNER COMPLAINT IS THE FENCE COMPANY IT SOUNDS LIKE TO ME."
