Had a slight mix-up on the appointment time, but otherwise Jake, who was sent to us, did a very professional job on both the deadbolt and door handle locks as per our request. We are quite happy with the result. We would hire Minnesota Locks again the next time we need a locksmith.

They were great. My call for help was answered with same day service. I was given an approximate quote for the cost of the service and could pick a specific time for service or a window of time. It took an hour to fix it all and the cost was right in line with the quote. They were courtesy, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Minnesota Locks was very responsive to an installation request that was complicated by three units being involved (i.e. 3 different unit decision-makers who all wanted a lot of information before making a final determination, resulting in necessity for a lot of back-and-forth communication with the company). Thank you, Josh! And Jacob, who installed everything, is a gem. Our doors all had problems (related to the placement of our original locks and the extra 'pressure' that the door-closing mechanism puts on the door) and that required a lot of drilling, chiseling and adjusting. Jacob was very diligent, persistent and perfectionistic about making sure that everything worked absolutely right when he was done (including the extra attention required - because of the pressure that the door-closing mechanism exerts - to make the keys turn as smoothly as possible). He really went 'above and beyond'. And, for example, he re-keyed the new Schlage lock itself so that the homeowners' current keys would work in the new lock, thus not requiring them to get new keys. He's a true professional (and a really nice guy). I consider the cost of all this to have been VERY reasonable, given the quality of their service and how labor-intensive the process was (and Minnesota Locks did not charge anything above the original estimate, despite all the complications that arose).
