Mindy Stolts

I started the process of selling my house this spring and just recently closed. There were a lot of unusual circumstances and Mindy was with me all the way. She was very knowledgable and supportive during this stressful process. She was available when I had questions and had a lot of good ideas. She reassured me when necessary and was a great negotiator when It came time to make decisions on the offers that I received. When something new came up that I didn't understand, she explained it to me. Although it was a long stressful process, working with Mindy made it much easier. I would absolutely recommend her to someone looking for a real estate agent.Mindy is caring and empathetic. She is very passionate about her job and works very hard for her clients.

We bought a house at a great price in an ideal location that has most of what we wanted. We will be able to add what it doesn't have which was also important for us.

The house did not sell but we only had it up for about 6 weeks or so. We received many showings and 1 offer that did not work out.

Mindy did a great job and we will use her again next year.

Mindy is a busy agent - and for good reason - she is absolutely fabulous!   Even though she took me on as a new client in the busy time of the year, she always made/had time to take me out to look at homes.   She didn't make me feel like I was less important than other clients, even though I was shopping at a lower price range than a lot of others.   She once said "everyone deserves to have a home" which was such a pleasant thing to hear in a field where agents can pick and prioritize their clients - and often will - based on the commissions they are likely to earn.    I had some unique desires in the home that I was seeking and Mindy was always patient and accommodating about searching for homes that would meet those desires.    She is very knowledgeable about so many areas in the real estate field - mortgage types, numerous communities in the area, identifying problems with a property,  costs of repairs that may be needed on a home, how to purchase anything from an REO home to a lot with a new build.    When I first learned that she has been in the field a relatively short time, I was wondering if she would be able to do what I needed her to do - and did she prove me wrong!  She's a wiz and very impressive.   Even though I needed to put off my plans to purchase for now, when Mindy and I discussed possibly putting in an offer on a home, she made it very clear that she was working for me and I really believe she would have excelled in negotiating a sale to be in my best interest.    Last but not least, she is a super person, friendly, approachable and very sweet!   You would have a very positive and successful buying or selling experience with Mindy as your agent.
