It took them a few days, but they found the problem and fixed it. It was great service. They were very friendly. They kept in constant contact with us. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I needed anything else. The price was very reasonable for what they did.

Terrible service. Left truck there to get brake repair. They said it would be an easy fix and shouldn't take long. A week later I still do not have my truck, the calls they said they'd give me to keep me updated haven't come. Just drive by and my truck hasn't moved.

"Thank you for your feedback. In reviewing our records I see that we completed an oil and filter change. The vehicle did not have a dip stick and the oil level could not be checked so the oil change was requested. We also replaced the right front sway bar link as the rubber bushing was missing. Finally, we replaced the rear parking brake. This included replacing the dust shield, the axle seals, the e-brake shoes, a hardware kit and the park brake levers. This work was completed on Invoice #27155 dated September 6, 2013. Part of the delay was related to waiting on the parking brake levers to come in from Ford and part of the delay was related to a high volume of work at the time. We're terribly sorry that the repairs took too long. Please stop back and see us again, we'd be more than happy to provide a complimentary oil change."
