Jack was the 4th agent we hired in the space of a year to sell our home. Our Edina listing with him was split with two other agents in two Edina offices. Because we were building a new home with a contingency, we elected to use Jack's guaranteed sale program to insure construction could continue while our home was on the market. Like the other team members, all we saw for marketing effort was planting the sign, listing the property on MLS, and holding a few open houses (usually with freshly minted agents looking for their own new clients). Jack never hosted an open for us. The house finally sold (without going to guaranteed sale), but due to no effort on his part. We did have difficulty with the guaranteed sale program when our builder discontinued paying a % of the new home sale price to the guaranteed agent. For a short time Jack attempted to back out of our signed agreement with him, but recanted. Overall, this was a pretty underwhelming experience.
