Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has some fancy tools to find potential issues. His infrared camera found a leak in a tub that would not have been found otherwise. Because of the information we were able to request the current owners fix the issue prior to closing.
The report we received was thorough and professional. Each identified issue included a picture. This is very helpful to remember exactly where and what the issue is.
We plan on living in our new home a long time, but if we ever move we'll be giving Matt a call to inspect our next home.
