I work with site finished, and laminate hardwood flooring. Finish carpentry and floor repair services. I really liked Mike's personal and no hassle personality. He didn't charge extra for filling in a handful of holes in the guest bedroom that were created by the previous owner when they installed carpet. He cleaned up previously created paint spills, and smoothed out areas of the floor that were uneven by whoever refinished the wood floors years ago.
I kick myself for not getting the floors refinished earlier. They are not perfect since I didn't pay $3 sq/ft to have the floors completely sanded down to a fresh start. But they look amazing compared to how they appeared before.
Mike knows what he is doing and sticks to his word on timing.
I've recommended him to my friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
I don't do a good job of always leaving positive reviews, but Mike completely earned this positive review.
