Last year was awful. I believe he took on too many customers for snow removal as he was unreliable and difficult to communicate with. Didn't want to shovel the sidewalks because it was "too cold" or "he didn't feel well". Anger issues arose and he piled snow in front and back of several vehicles because he didn't like where I told them to park for his return visit. Snow removal is difficult when there are lots of vehicles to get moved; he used to work with me on that. Not anymore.

I am shocked to see them say Customer Service second to none. Failed to show after the final 14" snowfall this weekend to remove snow from the sidewalk, Failed to answer phone or return calls, to me this speaks to character beyond just poor business practice. Contracted for snow removal for sidewalk and driveway, it is now Thursday after the big storm this past weekend. Sidewalk is undone for the 3rd time this winter. Calls unanswered or returned. In 16 years of having contracted service this was most unfavorable and embarrassing. I am physically unable to remove the snow though I did once this winter, but in spite of paying for the season I am literally hiding from my neighbors in embarrassment. One time the people who did it the prior year drove by and did sidewalk removal 2 days after snow for me for free to get the contract back. Since I had already payed glenns I felt obligated to pay them for having done that. I stand by my commitments and what is right. No experience with their lawn care and assume they just signed up for more than they could support but no excuse for lack of communication.

Lawn was cut weekly.
