Francisca Cleaning Service

Terrible!!! I initially hired Francisca’s Cleaning Service based on reviews on Angie’s list. Francisca came out with her sister Claudia and gave an estimate to have our house cleaned which we agreed to. She asked if I would feel uncomfortable with a having a man come into our home. I asked that the crew stay the same women. I was present for the first few weeks when Francesca, Claudia and another woman cleaned the house. Francesca asked if she could change the dates of cleaning knowing I could not be present at home any other day. I said that would be fine since I had gotten to know the crew that was coming to the house and gave them access to our unattended home. I was not present initially when the crew came on the new days. However, when I finally was home several weeks later, the crew that came did not have Francisca or anyone I recognized and a man was there. I trusted that Francisca would have told me if there was a change in staff coming to my unattended home and she did not. This had been going on for awhile. I paid directly to Francisca’s Cleaning Service. After a few weeks, Francisca implied she was not happy that I was paying to the company (which is what I hired). I felt she expected me to pay her under the table which I would not. The final straw came when I found an expensive picture frame broken after a cleaning day. I contacted Francisca immediately so there would be no confusion of when the incident occurred. Francesca agreed to pay for the frame. A few days later, I received a call from her sister, Claudia stating they would no longer service my house. The crew was not happy that I was following up on the work they did. I explained that it was my home and I had the right to ensure that the work I was paying for was being done. Claudia did not understand or agree with this but still assured me they would pay for the broken frame. I later sent a text to Francisca with the information. Francisca then (the first time) stated she needed the receipt and broken frame to give her insurance company. Since time had passed the frame was thrown a way. She never asked for the broken frame in our initial conversation or multiple subsequent interactions when it was available. It seemed she purposely waited when everything was thrown away and then asked for the frame. When I replied that I would be more than happy to file a formal complaint with her insurance company. She stated that would not be necessary and she would pay for the frame. This was all documented in text. Francesca has still not yet covered the cost of the picture frame that was broken or apologized. Repeatedly during my interactions with Francisca’s Cleaning service I found sloppy work but more importantly dishonest behavior. -She changed the crew without telling me. -Implied she wanted to be paid in a manner I did not feel comfortable with -Tried to avoid paying the cost of an expensive frame, first by agreeing to pay and then making excuses to avoid paying. Stated she needed it for insurance reasons. When I agreed to file a complaint she changed her tune. Francisca still hasn’t paid for the frame. We plan to have a third party intervene to help get the cost of this frame paid.

It went excellent.

We've tried several housekeeping services in the past with mixed results. We were always left feeling that while many things were cleaned, several little details were consistently missed. That has all changed with Francisca and her team. After an initial deep clean, which was more expensive and took more time, she and her crew come to our home every 2 weeks and do a wonderful job. Details matter to Francisca, and that's clear in the work her team performs. We couldn't be more pleased. Don't hesitate to contact her.

Francisca responded to my phone call promptly, she was very accommodating and was able to come the next day after we spoke.  She and her husband and two others arrived pretty much when she said they would, the job before mine ran a little long but she sent me a text message to keep me updated.  They had never cleaned my house before so I gave her a quick tour and then left.  They did an excellent job!  I agree with other reviewer' comments that she and her team have great attention to detail.  I was surprised at the amount of work they were able to accomplish in 2.25 hours.  They wiped down window sills in the windows that were open, the bathrooms sparkle, they even organized and cleaned areas I told them they didn't need to bother with.  I would definitely recommend Francisca and her team!  Also, I felt the rate was reasonable for the work they did.

Francisca and her team started by doing an INCREDIBLE deep clean.  My home hadn't looked so good since it was built (this was more expensive, of course, and took longer than a regular clean).  Now she and her team come every two weeks, and I must say, the consistency of great, TRULY clean spaces is still there.  Francisca was very responsive when I had a few comments, and everything is just perfect.  The team comes exactly when they say they will and are flexible if I need to make changes.  After having "corporate" cleaning services Francisca and her staff blow them out of the water.

She missed the oven cleaning - interior but did clean the oven top. I was not clear about this so this is my fault. Overall, I am happy with her service and will refer her to friends in need of a house cleaning. She was able to come and perform the service last minute compared to other vendors I left a message with.

I just have to say WOW. After trying several other cleaners that missed very obvious areas I finally found the right one. Francisca usually has a crew of 3 but sent 4 for the first visit as they had a very full day. They work very hard and clean everything from ceiling to floor. The first visit is by the hour and then a rate is given for weekly, every other week and monthly visits. That is a very good deal.
I was impressed by Francisca and her crew. They bring their own supplies too.
I work at home and their cleaning was only minimally intrusive. Highly recommended.

They come out and do a flat rate estimate for your house. They come and look at it and charge you something like $100. They do good service. They do the flat rate and they don't charge by the hour. They always come on time or early.

She consistently does a wonderful job. Francisca is flexible with our schedule and so easy to work with! I couldn't be happier that we found her!

Francisca was amazing. My former cleaning service pulled a third no-show on the final day I had available to hire someone to do a deep clean of my main level before a family dinner party. I am 6 months pregnant with two small children so getting the floors, baseboards, etc is not the easiest task for me right now. I frantically called Francisca based on her high Angies List rating expecting her to say she couldn't do a same-day service, but she made time to come in a few hours later with her team! I am so appreciative of her!

On top of it, they did the best job hands down. They were so kind and friendly, and I didn't feel judged by them on how messy my house had gotten (did I mention the no-shows and kids and pregnancy?) :)

We will continue to use her in the future!

Francisca and her team did an amazing job! I was so happy with the quality of job that was done on my house! My house had not been cleaned in a very long time, it sparkled and shined! I have now hired her on a regular basis! Cannot express my gratitude for the work they have done enough. Went above and beyond-even changed my light bulbs!!

I am always so very happy when Francesca and her team comes! They do an excellent job and the house is in great shape afterwards! They are also very reasonable, price-wise. Even though they are traveling from Inver Grove Heights, they make it here every four weeks without a problem. She has a list of the services they perform which she gives every client up-front, so they know what to expect. The first time was more expensive, but after that, there was a set rate.

These ladies are wonderful. Thoroughly cleaned bathrooms & bedrooms without any supervision. Very impressed & will definitely call them again! Highly recommend!!

I had used maybe five different cleaning services,these people are in a whole other league.There attention to detail is outstanding;they transformed my apartment.I stood in places in awe,just admiring there work.

Excellent cleaning service. They perform as a team and are very responsive and courteous, while doing a very thorough job. Francisca is very detailed describing the work they do and the house looks great when finished.
