Culligan Water Conditioning of South St Paul, MN

Great. The install in three days after the call. Everything done in two hours. The old one was taken away. Price was a about $150 more than another quote but they could get it done the fastest and gave me free salt for one year. (Its $40 every three months after that.)

Culligan came as scheduled and I decided to get a new softener due to problems with my old one.  I had already had 2 other vendors there, one who only offered an inexpensive all in one unit that I did not want and one where the company was splitting up.  I should have called Culligan first and saved myself $300. The recommended a quality product and with their program, my salt will be delivered.  I am very pleased with the service and they are very professional and courteous.

I moved from St. Paul and had the same company and I have very happy with it. Once I moved to Burnsville I was going to be pleased if the service was the same. I was surprised it was better. I have the same guy deliver every month. He is always respectful and is about the same time every month. The quality is amazing of the water, sooo much better then Burnsville Tap. St.Paul's water was good, but this water is sooo much better. Thank you for all the great service and taste!!!!

Matt was great.  He was knowledgeable and honest.  In the end, I did not need replacement.  The charge for the parts and an hour of service were a little high, but compared to replacement, it was a great deal.

The driver who delivers my water/salt regularly is great! He's very friendly and helpful and always on time. However, on the occasions when I need to call the office, the woman who answers the phone is incredibly unfriendly/unhelpful. She always gives me the impression that she's too busy to help me and that I've interrupted whatever more important thing that she's working on. I have spoken to her probably about 6 times since I started using Culligan Water Conditioning of South St. Paul and every time, I have received the same level of service. If it wasn't for the friendly driver and the good service that I receive from him, I would have switched my business to another company a long time ago. The owner of this company needs to take a look at whoever it is that answers the phone and make sure she receives extra training on customer service skills or assign her to a non-customer facing role.

It went well. The installation was very quick. I also have them bring softener salt every two months. They just come right in and add it to my water softener. It's really nice not having to worry about buying it a the grocery store.

After comparing pricing , Culligan was cheaper.  They had better pricing, and customer service. The installer was really nice, and explained all of our options.  I would buy another softener from them.

My experience with them was great; everything was.  The sales person was just really nice.  I told him that I was looking at a competitor.  He explained both options.  He was fine.  He matched what I needed to have.  The prices were competitive.  The quote they gave me was the lowest of all estimates I had.  They installed it when they said they were going to install it.  Everything with that went fine.  We are just going to be leasing the water softener from them right now and so that is about $35 a month.

When we called the company, the reception was warm, friendly and professional. An appointment was scheduled for a sales representative to come the next day. Dan Beberg was knowledgeable, personable and service-oriented. The installation process went smoothly, on schedule, and the installer showed us the simple things we would need to know after he left. We were pleased with every encounter with the company from start to finish.

Love their H2O water. We moved, and had to call them to installed the system ASAP because we missed Culligan water. I also love their salt for softener delivery. They don't just deliver, they also check your softener and test the water.

They gave me very helpful information when I had further questions.

THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS POLITE AND INFORMATIVE, THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE OPTIONS, PRICE AND INSTALLATION PROCESS. INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITHIN DAYS AND ON TIME.

IT WAS AN OVERALL EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE, & DELIVERED ON THEIR PROMISE. THE NEW UNIT REQUIRED SOME FOLLOW-UP SERVICE FOR MINOR COMPLICATIONS, & MILBERT WAS QUICK TO FOLLOW-UP & FULLY EXPLAIN THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM.

CULLIGAN CALLED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE DAY TO INSTALL THE WATER SOFTENER AND IT WAS WITHIN A TIME SUITABLE FOR MY SCHEDULE. HE WAS PROMPT. THEY REMOVED THE OLD UNIT AND INSTALLED THE NEW UNIT. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING IN ORDER. THE COST IS FOR THE NEW UNIT I HAD INSTALLED THERE ARE VARIOUS SIZES DEPENDING ON THE SIZE NEEDED FOR YOUR FAMILY AND HOME.

CULLIGAN IS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. THEY WERE ON-TIME, QUICK, THOROUGH, AND CLEANED UP. THE SALES STAFF WAS HAPPY TO TALK TO ME ABOUT PRODUCT CHOICES AND COMPARISONS AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS HAPPILY WITH NO SALES PRESSURE. OVERALL, A GREAT AND EASY EXPERIENCE.
