Great drop off and pick up service. Also, a really nice person answers the phone, and they return your calls.

The founder's son arrived on time with his very professional young son. They placed the dumpster exactly where I had requested. I completed my project early so called to let them know they could collect the dumpster at their convenience. They stopped by the next day and left with the dumpster. It was a very quick, friendly, and professional business transaction. Bergquist is the company that had a garbage collection company for almost 100 years before Saint Paul switched over to its own single-provider contract policy, leaving Bergquist and other reputable companies out in the cold. I hope this very reputable company survives with its business now limited to roll-off services. You can trust this family-owned and operated business.

Professional, helpful, and prompt service. I spent a while calling around to get quotes from different places. Ken Berquist & Son had a good price point, and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient.

It's a dumpster, it was there when promised and picked up when promised. Price was $50 cheaper than my garbage service.

Unit was delivered on time and picked up as scheduled. No damage to property on delivery or pick-up. Nice people to deal with!

Ken was recommended from a friend, who was very satisfied with a small concrete driveway. The initial quote, price, response, and installation went very well for my much bigger driveway. All work was performed while we were on vacation, which worked out very well, too. If the review was only based on this experience, it would be an "A' Rating. However, after a short time, it became clear the quality and durability is poor. Several diagonal cracks formed within the fist year. with one particular diagonal crack cutting across ~50% of the driveway. This particular crack is so wide, chips of concrete broke off and continue to break away. Also, it doesn't appear the concrete was sealed; there are several stains that won't scrub nor bleach away. The worst stain is the length of the driveway and 4 feet wide at it's worst. Ken initally responded immediately and promised to take care of the bad crack. However, Ken was a 'no show' to make the repairs. Subsequent phone calls and emails over the last 2 years have been ignored. That's why the quality and responsiveness ratings are both 'D'.

Awesome. Courteous, prompt, zero hassle. This is my second time renting dumpsters from them and I'll continue patronizing them for dumpster needs. Kept the dumpster til I was done - about a week - called for pickup left a VM and it was fine within the next two days.

The problem (at least to me) was that my recently passed sister lived in Elko, MN. I called Ken Berquist & Son. The lady answering the phone was very polite. They delivered the dumpster right on time and removed it right away after I called. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I called , the receptionists was knowledgeable and helpful.. I explained what i was doing and was offered advice on the best course of action. The project was very extensive , and since they were very helpful i have used them two other times since the first project. All times they have been on time with the dumpsters and had no problems with me keeping it onsite a little longer than scheduled. I have marked them at the top of my list and will continue to go back to them with each new job.
