They do excellent work. I've used them for a number of years. They get me in when I need to get the vehicle in, and they do a great job of servicing it. It's the best.

They were ready for me when I arrived.  The service was performed in a timely manner.  I was advised of the issues discovered by their inspection.  I was not pressured to affect repairs immediately.  Very professional and excellent service.

It usually always goes well, that is why we kept going back. The last time my wife had her truck worked on, didn't go so well. Basically to keep a long story short. She took her truck in to have her ignition fixed and to do a quality job they did some extra work that she was told she would not be charged for and this was after they had done the work without calling her and getting her okay first. The story changed when she went in to pick up the truck. The service guy said that it would only be fair for her to pay for the extra labor that they went ahead and did without her say or okay. She said to him something along the lines of, you are willing to loose a life time customer over your mistake and he said it would only be fair. Luckily there was a salesman near by that over heard what was going on and stepped in to do the right thing. He told my wife that she will not be charged for the unapproved work. We have not been back. We were so satisfied with Arrow that we really don't want one bad apple to ruin the whole dealership but it will be hard to go back. I will not take my 66 Chevelle SS there.

The person i talked to to make the apt sounded unenthusiastic/crabby but once i got there the adviser, Erik, and everyone else was very cheerfully and professional ----- never pushed to have more done than i wanted to do. Actually i wanted to have the belts changed out but they said it wasn't needed and could go at least another 15,000 miles. Erik even gave me a coupon book and applied 75 dollar off coupon to this work! Work was done by noon so i could have a co-worker drop me off after lunch out. There is a shuttle service until noon and if you have no other options they will come and get you in afternoon.

They did all the insurance prep work for me so I didn't have to do it. They have a great service department and they are very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them even though they are not near my home.

AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WITH ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH CONSTANTLY BLOWING FUSES, THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, and MAKE SURE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. THEY OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE, ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, and CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE.

I HAD TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT DONE RIGHT.
