It did not go well. The level of professionalism and expertise was MUCH lower than I expected. The trimming done the first day had to be fixed the next day by another crew member. The trimmings were left in a giant lilac bush instead of removing them. The plant quality and size was smaller and not as nice as you could find on Gerten's retail side; however, they wanted to charge me the retail price. Additionally, there is not a one year warranty on the plants like there is when you buy them on the retail side. I was not made aware of this beforehand. Some of the plants were not what I ordered or ones that looked so poor I asked them to take them back. I am glad that I was home when they were working because they would of put plants in the wrong spot. They cut some wires so I lost my internet for 3-4 hours on the first day and my invisible fence for a week until I could get someone from Invisible Fence to come fix it. One of the crew members tried to fix it, but he didn't do it correctly. When I got the final bill, it had several mistakes which amounted to more than $450.00 over what it should have been. I would not recommend hiring them for a landscaping project.

Went 2 months over the end date on contract, never knew when they were going to show up and ,for the most part, when they did show up stayed under 30 minutes. Lots of excuses from employees. Took FOREVER TO GET THE WORK DONE. Owner wouldn't offer any discount for all the delays, missing contract end date.

I would use them in the future.

Promptly returned my call with quote for services. Came out the next day to start service. They did an excellent job and we're very polite and professional.

I hired Andy and Steve's Lawn service to do a fall clean up and mow to get my home ready for photos to put on the market.  They did come and remove the leaves, but "forgot" to do the mow so the photos of my home were taken with long, ragged grass.  I contacted them again to please do the mow.  They came to do this while the ground was still wet and drove their big power mowers all over my front yard (which had new seed) and tore it up badly and made a big muddy mess.  When contacted about this they agreed to waive the $35 mow fee but said they could not fix the front lawn until spring.  Any of you that are trying to sell a house in MN know what that did to the value of my home!  I refused to pay them until the lawn was corrected and they have contacted my realtor, my husband, and myself threatening to put a lien on my home.  They are unprofessional and are harassing me and I would STRONGLY caution anyone that might want to do business with this company.
