We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. Allrounder proved to be very professional and conscientious. They take pride in doing a good job. Allrounder made sure they understood what we wanted for the kitchen and delivered it. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness. They kept any dust or mess from the construction from impacting the rest of the house. I highly recommend Allrounder Remodeling.

Everything was fantastic. Well, basically, what I want I got. It wasn't like some of these other people that came because we were looking to remodel our house and they were giving their ideas not our ideas. These guys went hand in hand what I want I got, period. It wasn't where, we had this other guy where he says no, you should do this and move that and blah, blah, blah. That's not what we wanted to do.
I would use them again. We are probably going to use them again because the only thing that didn't get done was the main bathroom.

We had received several quotes from different providers before being referred to Eric. The other quotes were from big box stores. They were all trying to sell us some canned remodeling package, pushing certain products we didn't want and also not even able to do all the work we needed. All three refused to fix the issue with our exhaust fan. They "don't go on the roof". One company only deals with prefabbed bathroom renovations, and they don't do vanities. It was a very frustrating process. I'm a product of the HGTV generation. I wanted the Property Brothers to come to my house. Eric was the next best thing. We spent about an hour going through all of our needs and wants. He took measurements. Within a few days he provided us with the most organized quote I've ever seen. Everything was broken down into sections; plumbing, electrical, tile, etc. Allowances for materials were clearly visible. This made it very easy to stay within budget. My husband and I were adamant that we would pick materials under the allowance as to save money. Eric's methodology made this possible. Once we agreed to hire him, we were provided with a very detailed timeline. Eric and Ruth took us shopping for materials. A revised quote was provided to us right before work was started based on our actual purchases. Once work started things went very smoothly. Everyday the work site was cleaned up so that we could actually still live in our house comfortably. Half way through the project we decided to add on new doors and trim. Again, this was a very detailed, organized process. We received a CR (change request) that detailed the new items. Due to adding on the new job, our overall project was extended by a few weeks, but we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We're actually wrapping up the entire project this week and have already started the quote process for our next major project: the downstairs bathroom and family room.

We were very pleased with Eric and his team!! They were extremely professional, and Eric's communication was outstanding. We always knew what was going on, what time people were going to be at the house, and he made sure we were pleased with the project every step of the way. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done, and the quality was excellent. We would highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future!

Eric at Allrounder has been our go-to guy for handyman services, including our most recent project of replacing the tub surround in our bathroom.  I have known him for years.  He is excellent at both small projects and larger project management.  Throughout this latest project he met every expectation for quality of work and timeliness.  You will not be disappointed!  

Eric did an excellent job.  He was very up front about estimating his costs.  On the day of service, he was very prompt and professional.  He did a great job of prep work to ensure that paint didn't get anywhere it wasn't supposed to be.  He worked diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible while still doing a quality job.  Following the day of service, he sent a personalized thank you note.  He has very professional marketing materials as well, and he takes his work very seriously.  While All-Rounder's prices are higher than most quotes that I received, I think their quality and dependability is definitely worth it!

I can't say enough good things about Allrounder.  Eric and his crew are professional, communicate well, stick to their timeline even when they're thrown curve balls, work hard, and most important of all they do great work!   Eric met with me to review kitchen plans.  He then wrote up a detailed estimate.  Once we'd gone over the work to be done he created a timeline for when the work would likely be completed.  We then chose cabinetry, a sink, faucet, under cabinet lighting, etc and he was very patient as I changed my mind a number of times!   Once the work started, the crew was on time and worked hard through a challenging project.  On more than one occasion they stayed until 9:00 or 10:00 at night (after asking of course!) because cabinetry had arrived late or other things occurred that were out of their control, so they could stay on schedule.   And the kitchen is gorgeous!  I can't point to anything I would have done differently, and I know if there was something I was dissatisfied with Eric would take care of it in a heartbeat. Eric and his crew really care about the work they do and they do it well, qualities that are hard to find these days.  I've already used Allrounder for a number of other jobs, and would hire them again anytime.

The deck turned out great!  We were extremely pleased with ALLROUNDER Home Services and the entire experience.  Initially the owner worked with us to select the right product for the deck with our budget in mind.  He kept us informed all through the process from start to finish.  We were impressed with the professionalism, quality of the work, and the attention to detail. They more than met our expectations in every way.  We would highly recommend this company and will definitely consider them for future home improvements.

This was a very professional company to work with. They kept us informed with calls and emails, and they were very accommodating of my schedule. The estimate was thorough and detailed, and there were no changes throughout the project. The work is high quality, and everything was put back together as it should be. You'd never know the area was fixed. The whole project only took 3 days, and they were always punctual. 

Just an FYI, they do charge for estimates, but it is very reasonable, the estimate is thorough, and is a fair price to pay for the value of their time. Other companies ultimately have to pass along the price of "free" estimates to the customers who purchase their services, so I'm totally fine paying for an estimate.
