Owner operated, no employees. Charges: $98/hr. and $24.50 for each additional 15 minute increment after for service calls. Time starts when leaving for the job (1 way). Emergency service available for additional charge. Some job prices can be quoted over the phone while others need to be looked at (free of charge) to determine an accurate cost. Work with contractors/homeowners on remodels/additions/new projects. Method of payment is by check/cash. To keep costs down for the homeowner, credit cards are not accepted at this time. 20 + yrs. experience

I have also had Jim out to fix the laundry tub faucets at a rental house I own and will be using him again in the future as needed.
