I needed my main sewer line repaired, requiring excavation.  I searched Angie's List for contractors and got about 5 estimates.  Prices varied greatly, but Leroux had the best price by a good margin.  They were outstanding on communication, keeping me well informed and answering my questions.
On the day of the job, Doug and his father came out and got right to work, finishing the job quickly and professionally, and answering any questions I have.
I'm not planning any further excavation projects, but if one was needed, Leroux would be my first call.

Tom showed-up on a Saturday, at our scheduled time, to look at the job and give us an estimate. The original bid was to remove only 2 stumps. That was for $180.00 dollars. We sheduled a time for 12 September, 2011 for him to show-up and do the job.  Before they came to do the work, I decided that I might as well have them remove the other stumps we had, as well. We had decided on re-doing the landscaping in that area, so we needed the rest of the stumps removed to be able to build our new design. When Tom showed-up to do the work, I asked about taking out the other 3 stumps. He said it wouldn't be a problem. One of the stumps was fairly large and took several pulls with the excavator, to get it out of the ground. The other 2 extra stumps came out very easily. Tom charged me an additional $40.00 dollars, which I thought was very reasonable and definitely worth it to get rid of the extra stumps. Overall, the job went quite well. It only took them little more than an hour to pull all the stumps. If I have any type of excavating work to do in the future. Leroux Excavating Inc. will be the first company that I call.

After searching Angie's List we found Leroux Excavating and Landscaping. I made one phone call and had Tom Leroux at our door that next day. We felt the price was extremely fair and given their high ratings we chose them.

The week that the work was to begin, we had a family emergency (a funeral actually) and had to leave town. I called Tom and gave him the choice of completing the work on his own or waiting for us to come home later in the week. He chose to continue without us. When we got home we found the work complete beyond our wildest hopes!  We are thrilled with the quality and overall appearance that Tom's team gave us. Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!

It all went well and the final price was as per estimate. He did a very good job and I would use him again.

He was great to work with. He did excellent job. His prices were fair. He did some concrete removal. He filled it and compacted the dirt. I would recommend him to others.
