Hugo's Tree Care

I spoke with Sydney, who was very pleasant and professional. She said that someone would be by our home in the next couple of days and would leave behind the quote if we weren't home. Someone came and left the quote in the door within a couple of days. We received several bids for the project and Hugos was the winner. When I called Sydney back, she explained that it would be about 3 weeks before our project could be completed, and that they would call us before they came out. They called a couple of days before the scheduled time, and then again the day before. They did a really excellent job of carefully taking down the tree (which was hanging over the house), removing all of the wood and cleaned up very well. I would definitely hire them again!

Super well. Hugo Tree is our go to tree service. They have done work for us over the years and we would not consider using any other tree service.

They came promptly and provided a written quote for removal of the tree.

after seeing the initial quote, we asked for ,and received a quote on dropping and

leaving the tree.

The other quotes were in the ballpark, but higher.

Hugo Tree's owner came out the day prior to look at the tree and quoted a time that they would be there.

On the day of removal, they were there on time.

They moved my boat to access a path to the tree.

They backed their Bucket truck up to the tree and proceeded to limb the Massive tree.

Within an hour and 1/2, they cut down, cleaned up and hauled away the

tree.

Their  last act was to put my boat back in it's place in the yard.

The two men who did the work did a great job. They were pleasant, courteous and professional, working quickly and then taking time to clear the area of branches and leaves before leaving.

Hugo Tree had previously removed 2 large cottonwood trees from my property 10 years ageo. They did a great job then, so I called them for an estimate on this job. The estimate for this removal was less then the others I got. So, I went with Hugo Tree.
John and his crew did an amazing job removing the huge tree. He was very skillful in taking down the large limbs without damaging the houses below. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They ground the stump the next day and hauled in black dirt to cover the spot where the tree stood. It looks like the tree was never there! I was initially concerned about the tricky removal, but was very pleased with the end result.

I called them and they came out right away. They cut the trees down I wanted and even cut a neighbor's tree that was leaning into my yard. That was not part of the deal but he did it out of concern that it could possibly fall on my house. He went above the call of duty. They didn't have to do that. I don't think they could have done a better job.
