I purchased the carpet and the pad from Menards, which is where I found his advertisement sheet in the book of contractors that they have by the carpet and tile station. I called him and he came out almost the next day I called him to give me an estimate. He was on time, and very friendly. Gave a price right in the range he quoted on the sheet. We then agreed to a date of installation, which happened to be presidents day. He also mentioned that he sells carpet and pad. I called him about 5-6 days later 2 weeks before the install date, and asked if that date would work or we could reschedule. 1 Week passed no response. Called 1 week prior no response until 36 hours before he could install it. Moved it up but did not finish install until that holiday. Carpet installation looks good, and he did a good job. The communication factor really is what hurts this review. Next time I will go with a company instead for about the same price.
