Fence Me In

Charlie was great to work with up front. His quote was significantly better than others I received, but buyer beware, you get what you pay for. What was initially a nice looking new fence, things deteriorated with each passing year. While I still stand by the original statement of being great to work with, and a much better quote than others, it has become very apparent that you can't substitute quality for cost. Our fence did not hold up well at all, with the majority of the footings heaving, and several panels lacking in structural integrity. Gates on both sides became unusable, and broke down almost completely. The decorative lattice top, while nice looking at first, began to fall apart rapidly. The wood itself seemed quite flimsy, and needed constant reinforcement with additional screws. We had someone from Fence Me In out to assess things, and they snapped some photos and had agreed some replacement panels may be needed. What was then communicated as a potential replacement being needed resulted in them coming out and saying they wouldn't warranty any of it. Our only consolation was that they removed the fence as it was no longer functional. Just a word of caution that a cheaper quote isn't always the best route to go. Really disappointed that our fence didn't even last 8 years.

My lot is corner so certain areas that I can't installed fence but Charlie installed without fermit in hand. Because of that, he have to remove some posts and installed fence according to the city permit. My yard was mess after he finished his job. Cigarettes, concrete etc everywhere. Additional, it was very hard to contact him. I would not hire him again.

Really well. After my initial contact he came out the next day and did an estimate and scheduled the work. It was about a 3 week wait, which wasnt an issue for me, and the completed work looked great!

Awesome job by Charlie! Fence looks great. He had job done less than a week after our first contact....cold weather and all! Would certainly call him again in the future.

Fence Me In was great to work with. They completed the work quickly (3 total work days allowing time for concrete to set). They were able to accommodate my request for a custom "barn door" style gate that turned out really well. Overall, clean-up was good and crew was friendly (albeit a bit rough around the edges - but who cares b/c they are not going in/out of your house). Would recommend. You work with the owner Charlie to get the quote, schedule, etc. He was responsive and flexible with last minute changes.

For starters, Fence Me In gave us the most inexpensive quote of the different companies we looked at, by a pretty sizable margin.  We got the quote on April 17th, and the fence was underway by the first week in May.  The posts were in by 5/4, and the whole fence was completed on 5/12.  Lots of rainout days in between, but the fence looks great.  Extremely happy with the way it looks.  Everything is very sturdy and straight.  Quality is great.  We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.
