The President gave me an estimate and the technicians came out and had commercial equipment to dry my basement. They were efficient in cleaning up all the water and they bagged and hauled out all the things that were beyond recovery. They were very courteous, professional, and prompt.

They were very cooperative when I was dissatisfied with something and would re-do it to my satisfaction. They also did some repairs inside as well. They did well, but it just seemed to take them a long time. Again, other than that, I think they did a good job.

Kevin and his crew were always polite, responsive, friendly, and fair to work with. We were very comfortable having them work in our home even when we couldn't be there. They are very ethical and have great ideas and tips. For example, when painting, Kevin suggested adding in some oak trim in places to tie in with the rest of the home, which turned out great. He works hard to make sure the job is done to satisfaction (and beyond). The cost cited above is approximate--obviously will vary a lot per project. Kevin's estimate and cost were much less than two other's bids.
