They were great. They were reasonably priced. The owner is a very good guy. He does most of the work himself. He got the job done quickly.

Darren was helpful and polite, with prices that were very fair. He came right on time, with a great attitude. The coverings on the 2 bedroom windows have the top-down feature, which we have found to be very practical. While he offered many different features, Darren did not push anything on us. He also provided us with all the paperwork to receive a $40.00 rebate from the manufacturer (which has already arrived.) Also, he was able to help me find the best solution to cover our patio doors with a sleek look and no cords, again all at a reasonable price. I would recommend the blind cleaning service, too. The one we had cleaned looks like new. Great job all around!

Came out to house with samples and ideas, sold us honeycomb blinds for various windows and patio doors and installed them. He also repaired the cloth blinds on living room picture window and cleaned them beautifully. As I was making selections, Darren was willing to discuss ALL options, from the lowest cost on up. He was patient and knowledgeable & very easy to work with.

I gave Daren the measurements of my 3 vertical vinyl blinds and 8 metal mini blinds. His quote was the most reasonable. He picked them up, cleaned them to perfection, and returned them the same day, which was very important to me. You cannot imagine what the difference is in my home! He is personable and eager to please. You could not go wrong in choosing Dirty-Blind.Com for your blind cleaning. He also sells at a considerable discount all kinds of blinds.

We contacted Daren Rupert about cleaning our blinds. He charges by the width of the blind. We were then able to measure our blinds and determine how much it would cost to have them cleaned. We have mini blinds and some pleated blinds. The pleated blinds were a little more expensive to have cleaned but we knew that in advance. The day of the cleaning Daren was here on time and did a great job. He does the work on site. The blinds are removed and taken to a trailer to be cleaned. The clean blinds are then put back. Daren and one other person cleaned all of our blinds in about two hours. The blinds were very dirty and discolored from cigarette smoke. Evidently the people who lived in the house before us had been smokers. The blinds are now clean and free of discoloration. We are very pleased with results.

This company is great to work with! Very trustworthy. Originally, I left my blinds on my patio and Daren returned them to the same place, leaving me a bill even though he'd never met me. After I had a chance to look at them, I was not completely satisfied. Daren picked them up and cleaned them two more times until he was satisfied. The blinds had some difficult oily gray stains, probably from our old gas boiler/heater, which has since been replaced. Very friendly, professional guy to work with. I appreciated the nice Angie's List discount, too.

He was so awesome!! He worked quickly and quietly, was on time and offered a discount because I was an Angie's List member, even though he wasn't on Angie's List yet, because he was recommended by my window cleaning service who was a member. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work
Daren sells, cleans, repairs and installs blinds. He did minor repairs that were annoying me for some time, including fixing broken sting tabs, re-stringing blinds, fixing wood blind wands that wouldn't tilt the blinds anymore, and repairing mechanisms that hold blinds up. He did all the work in my house so I was never without my blinds.
