 + -1 moreThe way they told us the neighborhood would go and the way it ended up is opposite. Initially we were pleased, they did do a nice job with what we wanted done. I can't fault their craftsmanship. A few things that seem to break consistently and the warranty is up now. They were responsive when we did have problems the first year, they just weren't very good with the area. Maybe they were unaware of what other builders were going to be doing or it didn't matter to them. Maybe the neighborhood is to blame, it's really not the neighborhood it was presented to be. I'd tell others to becareful when they build in a new home, be very careful of what's going to be going on around it. It may not turn out to what you are expecting. I would probably never build in an unestablished area again.
