The most recent job Champion did for me was for my wife's child care center. She closes the center for one week each year for staff vacations. We scheduled Champion for a 3 day carpet replacement job of most of our building beginning Monday morning. Brooke arrived on time to start working only to discover a manufacturer defect in the new carpet. He immediately re-ordered the carpet, got it a few days later, laid it himself by Sunday morning so staff could reprep the space and reopen on Monday morning without a hitch. Brooke had other customer commitments he also kept during that week. He did this job after hours working past midnight, and on Saturday. His work was top quality as always. He never complains, measures for very little waste, has a pleasant attitude and on every job he has done for me, the final bill was exactly equal to his bid, even if there are minor changes. A true professional!
