Took them a long time to actually show up and when the cut the trees they dropped on our invisible fence that was clearly marked with flags.  I called to complain with no call back.  It took not paying to get response then the owner told me it's not his responsibility.  Needless to say I would not recommend this service.  They also plowed for previous owner before we moved in and ripped out a sprinkler head and took no responsibility for that either.

Budget Tree Service did a FANTASTIC job as always.  I have Dave and his crew come out every 5 years (this was their 4th trip) to trim the bushes and trees.
In 2008, a straight line wind took out a portion of my Black Locust tree in my front yard and one very large part of the tree fell against the front of my home so I couldn't get out of the front door.  This happened at 11:20 pm.  At that time, I called and left a message on Dave's phone as to what happened.  Dave and his crew were at my home at 7:00 am the next morning to remove the tree.  AWESOME SERVICE
I absolutely love the service I have received from this company.  They clean up after work is completed and you can't tell they were there other than the beautiful work that they did.

Appointment was for Tuesday, didn't arrive, and there was no followup call. I called him. Did not arrive on Wed, with no call. I had to again call for status. Came on Thursday, didn't finish. No status. Invisible fence line was broken. I called for status. Came Friday to finish. They fixed the invisible fence line. Contact person called me to ask about a change i had requested. Became "hard ball" about price additions. It was not a professional response. We agreed to price addition. Operator called me later to inform me they had cut the Comcast line. All lines were clearly marked before the crew arrived. I was without internet, phone, and TV all weekend. The overall result of the project was satisfactory. The experience was unpleasant.

They were always very late. They would do a good job once they came out but we had to wait a long time just for them to come to our home.

I am going to call them for another job. They do snow removal for me, as well.

Did a really nice job of cleaning up. Took the branches down, and used ropes so nothing damaged my cedar fence. Pruned my hedges. Did a nice job. They also used tarps - putting all the tree waste in the tarps and then raked everything up. They did a great job. Extremely conscientious. Price is with the senior discount.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THEY WERE NOT HONEST ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF WORK WE AGREED UPON. THEY CAME ON THE PROPERTY AND BEGAN WORK WHEN NO ARRANGEMENTS HAD BEEN MADE AND I HAD TO THREATEN THEM TO LEAVE.
