Tim assisted in helping me pick out the style and colors of the blinds. In the first consult meeting, he was on time, friendly and very professional. When the blinds were ready, he was out the next day for the install. He made sure he protected my flooring as he set he tool box and the blinds on the floor, which I thought was great. It took him no time at all to install the blinds and I am extremly happy with the result. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

With my tail between my legs, I gathered the remnants into a bucket and brought them back to the store - hoping that they wouldn't have to measure again for two new sets. To my great surprise, she enthusiastically told me that they were covered under their warranty program. I couldn't believe it. The FREE replacement blinds were ordered and showed up quickly. They were exact duplicates of the blinds that our pup destroyed. It's rare to experience great service, especially after the sale. The company stands behind their products. I'm happy to recommend Budget Blinds to anyone - especially those with dogs.

Natalia was absolutely wonderful to work with and totally dedicated to her clients. She willingly came back for a second appointment when I had changed my mind about one of the treatments and she gave expert advice, while being open to all of my own ideas. The order came in earlier than was expected and Tim, her husband, was very flexible with waiting an extra couple of weeks while I had some work done on the windows before installation. He then came out and installed them perfectly with expertise and speed. I couldnt have asked for a better experience in dealing with both of them. Im getting the rest of my window treatments done next year, so Ill certainly be calling Natalia again at that point.
