I was getting a standard oil change at this location. The service was alright, it took a little longer than I was expecting for the number of cars that they currently had in the shop. Once it was done, I was given a consultation for additional services that my car could use. I immediately knew that what I was being offered was completely optional or of little concern for the health of my car in the near future. I am not a fan of this practice, since it can easily be used, and I am sure is used, to take advantage of some less informed individuals on a regular basis. I am fine with this location for convenience, but it was slower than I was hoping, and the attempt at up-selling is concerning.

They're very professional. The work is done on time. They have a nice lounge in the building for the customers to sit in, and provide complimentary coffee and popcorn. They are also good to give you a ride home if you need it if your car is there for a longer period of time.

They have always done a very good job.

I like their customer service and the jobs that they do. The environment there is very nice. Their prices are very good and they have good specials. The effectiveness is good as well.

They took an entire Saturday to do a couple hours worth of work. Felt like we kept getting pushed behind other customers. Had to call multiple times- they never called us when they said they would- & each time we called they said it would be a couple more hours. Won't use them again. Recommend the Youngstedt's in Eden Prairie instead. They have much better customer service.

It's easy to get an appointments, and they also accept walk-ins. I work close by so I go in before work and they can always help me that day. They are a little bit expensive, but the convenience makes it worth it. They do good quality work and they are very friendly.

They took care of me right away and even honored a coupon I had for a different service station. It was the only time I have used them, but it was a good experience.

They never sell you things you don't need, and they give you good information when you need to make a decision.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR OIL CHANGES FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I RECENTLY ASKED THEM TO DO A BRAKE INSPECTION, BECAUSE I KNEW THE PADS WERE GETTING LOW AND THERE WAS A NEW NOISE COMING FROM THE BRAKES. THEY SAID I HAD ANOTHER GOOD 7 TO 9,000 MILES LEFT ON THE PADS. I APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY WHEN THEY COULD HAVE TRIED TO GET THE WORK DONE RIGHT AWAY.

WE HAVE RETURNED THE CAR ONCE TO RE FIX THE PULLING PROBLEM AND ARE NOW IN NEED OF ANOTHER SERVICE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN 1 MONTH.
