Kristen Schmidt at Wrap City was terrific.  She clearly explained the options for a window logo, the pros and cons of exterior v. interior installation, cost differences, warranty, etc.  We went with her recommendations and could not be more pleased with how the product turned out.  We will definitely be going back to Wrap City when the window logo needs a refresh in several years.

Wrap City listened to my description of conceptually what I wanted.  They then suggested several options, and described them in detail.  After back-and-forth discussion, I chose one of the options.  Wrap City then came to our site to see the intended location, and take some measurements.  Then they did a design for review, which actually was just perfect, so I authorized them to proceed with production.  The finished product was done exactly when promised.  Then Wrap City came to our site to install the sign, which again was done very professionally.

They are great to work with!! I also own a small business and they operate their business as I would. They provide a great product at a very good price. You get what you pay for!

Everything was completed without a hitch.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing signs or vehicle graphics. They have good prices and have pretty quick turnaround. Kimberly and Ike are who I worked with and they are great!

My company has to get signs made every year. I have dealt with quite a number of sign makers. I saw that Brent s signs ranked high on Angie s List. I talked with Kimberly and she was great to deal with. She gave me many options for the signs I wanted to have made. While they were making the signs, they had a question about a color I had picked. I went there to see and I was so glad they called. That color change really helped our project. She also had some ideas for protecting our signs that no other sign maker has ever offered. I have thanked her profusely for their stunning work and great problem solving. I will go back!

I worked with Ike, and the entire experience was positive. A proof was submitted, which I modified a couple of times. Significant effort was required to match the font, but this was cheerfully and successfully accomplished. The sign was finished on time and looked excellent in all respects.
