Overall quite positive. Jonah is a gifted designer and a refreshing professional. He is very new to the business and I want to see him succeed. He does have a few things to learn and some relationships with quality installers to solidify. He is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a happy customer, and I would feel comfortable recommending him to a friend. Do confirm that he is on site to check his installers work. I did have to complain to get the installers to power wash up their mess, but give Jonah an A for professionalism as he is a joy to work with.
