RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE INITIAL PHONE CALL. MADE APPT. TO COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. PROMISED TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN NEVER CALLED BACK TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE OR TO DECLINE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WERE ACTUALLY 5 MINUTES EARLY. RUSS IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HE GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ON FIXING ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM MYSELF AND SOLD ME THE MATERIALS TO DO IT. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND WAS GONE NOT TOO LONG AFTER HE CAME.
